Hi, I’m Amanda, the newest Esthetician to the spa at Fresh. I recently went for training on the product line we use for facials and body treatments, it’s called Repechage.
Repechage is a seaweed-based skin care line. In Fact, Repechage researchers seek out specific seaweeds that are beneficial for a wide range of skin types and conditions. The rich blend of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, and anti oxidants in seaweed makes it the ideal main ingredient for detoxifying, hydrating, oxygenation, re balancing, and renewing benefits.
After the seaweed has been harvested, it is flash frozen and sent to the Repechage manufacturing facility (located in the US) within 12 hours. and then sent to spa’s like us to deliver maximum nutritive benefits from the sea to the skin.
Why is skin care important anyway?
Skin is our body’s largest organ. It is a protective barrier between our insides and the rest of the world. Our skin is in a constant state of growth as old cells die, new cells are formed.
It is important to practice a proper skin care regime to keep our skin beautiful and healthy. Healthy skin is able to fight signs of aging, and has a faster healing process.
Once you have achieved healthy skin…..don’t forget to maintain it!
